Users by Points

Every contribution and some actions you make on the site will earn you points that will be used to determine your status within the community. Plus, these points will be used for future prizes such as a chance to attend the Linux DevCon next year at EclipseCon. The point values given are based upon the types of contributions - original articles and forum responses are weighted more heavily than other types. Also, points awarded are based upon the rankings of the contributions by the community and higher ranked content will be weighted higher.
