lsbappcheck for 4.0

Can anyone suggest me Lsb App Checker for 4.0.

Currently latest available download for lsbappcheck only supports lsb versions: 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2. ( Linux-app-checker-local-2.0-3.i486.tar.gz )

Is there any tool, which I can run against my application to verify LSB 4.0 compliance ?

I was hoping someone could direct me to a link to download the source for the Application Checker... There doesn't seem to be one on the download page, just a bunch of binary tarballs.
