LSB SI 3.2 released

The 3.2 LSB SI builds have been moved from beta to released-3.2.0: http://ftp.freestandards.org/pub/lsb/impl/released-3.2.0/binary/ While there are a few known issues remaining, we've opted to move ahead with the release to focus on LSB 4.0 tasks. lsbsi-fonts package (used for testing): http://ftp.freestandards.org/pub/lsb/impl/released-3.2.0/binary/noarch/l...
